Make the most of your appointment
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Bring your insurance card and a picture form of identification.
- Write down questions, or topics for discussion before you come in and have them handy.
- Bring your medications, or a detailed list of your medications (include names, dosage , and frequency)
- If you have high blood pressure or diabetes, please bring your blood pressure readings or glucose log.

Telehealth
Telehealth lets you connect with your healthcare provider from home using your phone, tablet, or computer. It’s a safe and convenient way to get care—whether it’s for a check-up, follow-up, or mental health support—without needing to travel to the clinic. All you need is an internet connection and a device with a camera
You can join your telehealth visit using either a computer or a mobile device. Here’s how:
1. On a Computer (Web Browser):
- Look for an email with your appointment link and access code.
- Use Google Chrome for best results.
- Click the link, enter the code, and make sure your microphone and webcam are working.
2. On a Smartphone or Tablet (myHealthspot App):
- Follow the email instructions to download and log into the myHealthspot app. Set time zone to Central Time.
- Your appointment will appear under “Appointments.”
- Tap the camera icon, then “Join Meeting.”
3. What You’ll Need:
- A Patient Portal or myHealthspot account (set up through your provider).
- A device with a camera and microphone.
- A secure internet connection.
